28 weeks!

So it has been a while since I let someone take a picture of me... as you can see...IM HUGE! I'm a chub, I know. I figured I would be mad at myself if I didn't have any pictures of my pregnancy. Anyway, I'm doing fine...I'm sick right now with a cold but other than that, I feel good. I am getting more and more uncomfortable at night and experiencing back pains and LOTS of kickin! He is very active in there! I'll post next week after my next appointment. :) Take Care!

It's a boy!!!!

The first image was at 7.5 weeks, the second was at 12 weeks, and the third was today at 20 weeks. You can see his face, and that is his arm up next to his head. At the bottom, that is his belly!
We are so excited we are having a boy! The story of finding out is really funny but also sad for Jonathan. The Ultra sound technition took me back and told him he had to wait in the waiting room until the end. So, she took me in and faced the monitor away from me. She told me she would be measuring and doing some other stuff and when it was time, she would turn it and bring Jonathan in so we could both see. In the room was also a girl who was a student and she was training. I guess they were looking at the gentials and she asked me if we wanted to know the sex. I said, "Yes, I'm dying to know". She was planning on telling me when Jonathan came back in until the student said, "Oh wow, that is very prominent". I said, "It's a boy isn't it?" and they said, "Yes it is." When I came out to get Jonthan, he said, "You know what it is don't you?" I couldn't lie to him. So, we did not find out the sex together but we were so excited that it was a boy. We are pretty set on Noah and we even went to Target and started out registry! I will post a new picture of my belly soon! What a great day!

Baby Bump

I know I look worn out in the picture-maybe because I am. Halley took this picture...She said, "Stop! You look really pregnant let me get my camera". She didn't tell me how awful I looked...haha. She is such an awesome friend- she is always taking care of me. Friends like her are VERY rare. So, Halley- I LOVE YOU!

This is the first picture I have let anyone take of the bump. I am now 4 and 1/2 months pregnant. I started school and field work this week so I am pretty stressed. Other than that, I feel pretty good and I can't wait to find out the sex of the baby! Sept 10 I have my ultra sound to check just about everything on the baby including the sex! So, please be praying for the health of the baby. Well, that is all for now!

Best parents ever!

I thought since I did a littletribute to my husband, I would do one for mom and dad.
Dad- You are the most generous person I have ever met. You have given me and taught me so much. You light up every room you walk into. Everyone who knows you absolutely loves you. You are so funny, sweet, and sensitive. I am so thankful to have grown up with you as my father. You have been so great through the years and I can't wait to see what an awesome grandfather you will be. I love you so very much. I have been so blessed to have you in my life, especially as my father. A few more things I love about dad:

• He LOVES sweets!
• He talks to anyone....grocery store, movie theatre...it doesn't matter where he is
• He calls everything "goo"
• His nickname for me growing up was boogerlips
• He knows so many random facts
• His love of cars and watches
• His patience

Mom- You have been the rock of this family. You have always taught me to stand up for myself and you always take my side. You have been so giving. You never missed a soccer game, talent show, or class party. I am so excited to have this baby because I know you will be the best grandma ever! I am so glad I have a mom I can tell everything to and won't be judged. You are so fun and I absolutley love spending time with you. You have spent your life giving and doing for others and I can only hope to be half as good of a mother as you. Some more things I love about mom-

My Husband

I was going through our wedding pictures and realized how lucky I am. I have the most amazing husband ever! He is so caring, fun, and handsome. I married the man of my dreams and I couldn't have hope for more! I am so blessed to have Jonathan in my life and to be having his baby. I love you Jonathan more than you will ever know. Thank you so much for taking care of me, making me laugh, and showing me how to not sweat the little things. You have given me and taught me so much. I am truly blessed.

Lucy!

This is my parents new puppy!!! She is only 2 pounds and as you can see even the grass is taller than her. She is soooo cute...I just had to show everyone. My friend Halley took these pictures of her and they are awesome! Her name is lucy but we usually call her Lucifier because she can be EVIL! But, you can't get mad at that face

Start of our blog

So I have been wanting to start a baby blog since I found out I was pregnant. So, Here it is. I am now 17 weeks along. I find out the sex of the baby in 3 weeks and it is driving me crazy!! Jonathan and I are getting more and more excited when we think about out baby. The pregnancy started off rough with all my morning sickness but that has gotten better. I start back school on the 25th, so I am a little nervous about that. Anyway, I will add some ultra sound pictures and stuff later!
